I’m so excited to share something special with you all! As many of you know, my life’s work is dedicated to helping you heal and release old wounds and traumas through holistic healing. Whether it’s yoga therapy, Vedic counseling, hypnosis, Reiki, EFT (tapping), or yoga nidra, I’m here to support you on your journey to balance and well-being.

Now, I have a beautiful new space to offer these healing services! Thanks to the incredible Ashley, owner of You Power Yoga in Edmond, we now have The Healing Room—a cozy and welcoming space where transformation happens. I also host occasional workshops and holistic healing sessions there, and I’d love for you to come experience it!

If you’re new to yoga or holistic healing, this is the perfect opportunity to visit, get acclimated to the space, and feel comfortable before signing up for classes or workshops. I’d love to meet as many of you in person as possible, especially if we haven’t had the chance yet!
