Join us for a peaceful and welcoming three-day / two-nights retreat designed to help you reconnect with yourself and feel more grounded, calm, and whole. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or already on your journey, this experience is for all levels—especially beginners. You’ll feel supported, empowered, and deeply cared for.

 

We’ll explore practical tools and gentle practices that help regulate your nervous system, soothe your spirit, and invite healing for your inner child—the tender, creative, often unheard part of yourself that still lives within.

What’s Included in Your Retreat Experience

This 3-day retreat is thoughtfully curated to help you slow down, tune in, and nourish your body, mind, and soul. Here’s what you’ll enjoy:

  • Art therapy and opportunities for creative expression
  • Daily self-inquiry practices to support inner reflection
  • Guided journaling sessions to process and integrate your experience

  • Three nourishing, mostly vegetarian meals daily, with special diets and sensitivities accommodated
  • Coffee and tea are available throughout your stay
  • A nurturing environment to help you reconnect, recharge, and remember the peace within you

This is your invitation to slow down, soften, and come home to yourself.

 

There will be plenty of activities scheduled, but you’ll also have time to create your own experience of the retreat and enjoy silence and peace. 

What to bring with you: 

  • Yoga mat and props, if you have them
  • A shawl, a sweater, house shoes, a scarf, 
  • Journals
  • Refillable Water bottle
  • Whatever else you like to have with you, like crystals, etc.

Retreat Attendance Options

Choose the accommodation that best supports your comfort and experience:

  1. Day Commuter – $499
    Join us each day and commute to and from the retreat center. Meals and full access to all retreat offerings are included.
  2. Onsite Lodging: Shared Room – $599
    Double occupancy room with twin-size beds. Shared bathroom with tub/shower. Stay right at the retreat center for ease and connection.
  3. Onsite Lodging: Private Room – $699
    Single occupancy room with a king-size bed, private bathroom with a shower, and a balcony. A peaceful and private sanctuary at the retreat center.
  4. Offsite Hotel: Shared Suite – $799
    A double-occupancy suite with queen-size beds at a hotel located 2 miles from the retreat center is great for those seeking additional space and amenities.
  5. Offsite Hotel: Private Suite – $1,099
    A single-occupancy suite with a king-size bed is available at a nearby hotel (2 miles away). It is ideal for those desiring extra comfort and privacy.
