About the Class

Reiki I and II are taught together in a two-day immersive experience in a loving, sacred space. During this time, you’ll receive placements (attunements) to the Reiki I and II energy, allowing you to access deeper levels of divine healing and peace within yourself.

You’ll explore and experience:
What Reiki is and how it works
The Holy Love experience that awakens Divine Love within your heart
The history of Reiki and the Reiki Ideals
The Reiki hand positions for healing self and others
Gassho meditation and the sacred practice of presence
Reiji-ho, using your inner guidance to know where healing is needed
Byosen Scanning, sensing and detecting areas that need Reiki
Gyoshi ho, sending Reiki with your eyes
Koki ho, sending Reiki through the breath
Kenyoku, a method for cleansing your energy field
The Dr. Hayashi Healing Guide for specific conditions
Using Reiki for pets, plants, food, crystals, and more
The Reiki II symbols and how to use them with practice time
How to use Reiki to release unwanted habits and create healthy new ones
Distant healing to send Reiki to loved ones and the world
Protecting your energy field from negativity and outside energies
Intuitive hand placements
Reiki for empaths and highly sensitive souls
Placements (attunements) for Reiki I and II, which raise your frequency and connect you more deeply to the Source of Reiki energy

What to Expect

This class blends lecture, discussion, and hands-on experience. You’ll have time to both give and receive a complete Reiki session, practice self-treatment, work with the Reiki symbols, and experience Japanese Reiki techniques in a safe, nurturing environment.

After the class, I encourage you to continue practicing regularly, perhaps a few hours a week or smaller amounts of time over several weeks. Practicing with classmates, family, or friends will help you build confidence and deepen your connection with Reiki energy.

Location: Online via Zoom and in-person (Edmond, Oklahoma)
Tuition: $599 for both days
